Terms of Service

Offlyne provides:

• event listings that anyone can browse, with free or paid registration;
• ticketing, including QR tickets sent by email and check-in at the venue;
• an organizer dashboard to view and manage registrations;
• "Hunt" directories of speakers, sponsors, collaborators, and venues that organizers can browse and contact.

Offlyne is a platform. Unless an event page says Offlyne or GrowthSq is the organizer, each event is run by its organizer, and directory members deal with organizers directly. Offlyne is not a party to arrangements between organizers, attendees, speakers, sponsors, collaborators, or venues.

• You must be at least 18, or have consent from a parent or guardian, to create an account or buy tickets.
• You can sign up with Google or with your email and a password verified by a one-time code.
• Give accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

• Registration may be confirmed immediately, placed on a waitlist, or held for the organizer's approval, depending on how the organizer set up the event.
• Your ticket is a QR code sent to your email. Each ticket can be checked in once. Do not share or resell it.
• Event details such as time, venue, and lineup are set by the organizer and may change. The organizer is responsible for the event itself.
• The organizer will receive the details you submit in the registration form.

• Ticket prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. By paying, you also agree to Razorpay's terms. We never receive your card, UPI, or bank credentials.
• Your registration is confirmed only after the payment is successfully verified.
• Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and by any refund policy the organizer shows on the event page.

• Events you submit are reviewed by the Offlyne team before they are published. We may approve, reject, or ask for changes.
• You are responsible for running your event as described, for the accuracy of your listing, for your refund policy, and for any permits, licences, and taxes that apply to your event.
• Use attendee data only to run your event and communicate about it, and handle it in line with applicable data protection law.
• For paid events, ticket payments are collected through Offlyne's Razorpay account and settled to the payout details you provide, less [PLATFORM FEE / SETTLEMENT TERMS]. Refunds owed to attendees may be deducted from your settlement.

• Speakers, sponsors, collaborators, and venues apply to be listed. Each application is reviewed by the Offlyne team; we may approve, reject, or remove a listing at our discretion.
• Approval means a listing met our guidelines when reviewed. It is not an endorsement or guarantee of quality.
• You can edit your listing after verifying your email with a one-time code.
• Any deal you make with someone you found in a directory is between you and them.

You keep ownership of the text, photos, and logos you upload. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and share that content on Offlyne and in promotion of your event or listing. You confirm you have the right to upload it and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.

• List fake, misleading, or illegal events, or impersonate anyone.
• Upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
• Resell, duplicate, or forge tickets.
• Scrape the site, send spam, or misuse contact details from directories.
• Attempt to break, overload, or bypass the security of the platform.

Offlyne is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for the conduct of organizers, attendees, or directory members, or for events we do not organize.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to Offlyne is limited to the amount you paid through Offlyne for the ticket or service the claim relates to. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

We may update these Terms. We will change the "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, notify registered users by email. Continuing to use Offlyne after an update means you accept it. You can stop using Offlyne at any time and ask us to delete your account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [CITY], India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
